We are committed to delivering clean, reliable water services to our communities, and we’re looking for a Supervisor to join our team working with Affinity Water. You will play a key role in leading your team to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality, ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations.

  • Set your team up for success by ensuring they receive the training and mentoring required to make their best contribution and continually develop their skills.
  • Motivate and manage your team, creating a dynamic, fun, and challenging environment.
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as water quality policies.
  • Monitor team and individual performance, providing supportive feedback when required.
  • Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas, ensuring best practice is shared with others.
  • Ensure all administration and reports are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with a variety of colleagues, customers, and suppliers to ensure the planning of work, control of labour, plant, and materials are fully optimised, and that risks are reduced or mitigated.
  • Promote a right first time and zero harm safety culture.

You can demonstrate previous experience in a similar role with a good knowledge of the construction and water industry. You will bring effective communication and leadership skills, along with a good level of computer literacy across MS Office applications. Relevant qualifications such as NRSWA Supervisor and SMSTS will be highly beneficial.

In this fast-paced environment, we will be making great use of your extensive health and safety expertise, alongside your excellent organisational skills. A full and valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
