Job description

The Supervising Social Worker will be responsible for managing a caseload. This is a full-time hybrid role, based around the Mansfield/Nottinghamshire area with the option for some remote working.

Qualifications

  • Case management, assessment writing, and supervisory skills to support foster carers effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and report-writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in relationship-building and teamwork to collaborate with carers, local authorities, and internal teams.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple caseloads efficiently.
  • A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England and previous experience in fostering or working with children and families.
  • Willingness to travel as required and access to a reliable vehicle.
