A global leader in services is seeking a Subway Manager to oversee operations at Royal Stoke Hospital. This role involves ensuring compliance with brand standards, leading and training the team, and managing financial performance. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and prior supervisory experience. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Subway restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Subway Franchise standards at all times, delivering a high standard of Health and Safety in line with Safeguard and company requirements, and effectively controlling labour to ensure every team member is deployed appropriately. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, takes pride in high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
