Responsibilities

• Support the Media Team to deliver multiple video and podcast projects from pre-production to delivery.
• Manage the Media Studio’s scheduling and booking systems, and communicate progress status.
• Coordinate freelance contracts, travel bookings, expenses, and budgets as required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with strong time management skills

Proficiency in using project management tools such as Slack and Google

Proven experience in media production project management
