Student Experience Team Member

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £25,164 - £26,681 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members working 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 8pm. Weekends on rotation

As a Customer and Resident Experience Team Member, you’ll play a key role in supporting students—whether that’s helping someone back into their room, sharing local tips, organising events, or working with colleagues in housekeeping, facilities, and caretaking to create a safe, clean, and inclusive environment where everyone can flourish. No two days will ever be the same!

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member

• As a brand ambassador, provide exceptional care by connecting with residents, listening to their needs, and ensuring prompt resolution or escalation of issues.
• Support sales and community engagement by handling enquiries, conducting viewings, attending events, and organising resident activities in line with company expectations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment through regular cleaning, basic maintenance, safety checks, and coordination with contractors.
• Assist with operational tasks such as post and parcel management, rent and booking support, sustainability initiatives, and seasonal turnaround activities.

• Previous experience working in a sales environment would be a bonus
• An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you’ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
• You’ll also have great time management and organisational skills
• You’re hands‑on, proactive, and never afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
