Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in technical purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing complex components and bespoke products.
• Solid understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor orders, maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships for optimal services.
• Optimize stock levels based on analysis and sales input.
• Creating and maintaining parts/BOMs in the ERP system.
• Review and improve supply chain practices for efficiency.

Skills

Technical purchasing/procurement experience

Ability to read technical drawings

Skills in cost breakdown analysis

Strong understanding of stock control

ERP/MRP proficiency (Netsuite/Netstock)

Excellent negotiation skills

Mandarin or Japanese language skills
