  • Identify and pursue MICE business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Analyse booking trends and competitor pricing to inform dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate OTA and agent contracts balancing commission rates with visibility.
  • Oversee distribution channels to optimise channel mix.
  • Utilise new technologies for revenue management and guest experience.
  • Navigate GDPR, PCI compliance, and data-sharing policies.
  • Lead the sales and revenue teams to drive targets.
  • Forecast demand and manage cost of acquisition for profit optimisation.
