Do you want to join a small yet influential team and play a role in supporting senior leaders in the delivery of ambitious change initiatives? Are you able to prioritise and work flexibly with limited direction to support projects with competing priorities and timescales?
A newly established Transformation Office supports the University to deliver step change improvements across a wide range of activities. Managing and embedding this level of change is critical to the effective delivery of the University’s vision. The Transformation Office is tasked with leading and managing these changes and we rely on high quality administration at the heart of our work.
We are now seeking a motivated and proactive Administrator to join our busy team. Working with a programme or project team, you will help support the delivery of projects and programmes undertaking a wide variety of tasks including: diary management and administration support for members of the programme team; organising meetings, workshops and events; preparing agendas and minutes; communicating with stakeholders; and maintaining key project documentation.
You will have a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support to a busy team combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be flexible and well‑organised with an ability to deal with competing priorities and deadlines.
And much more!
