Qualifications

• Proven experience in Pre-Contracts, Contract Management, Estimating, or Bid Management.
• Strong working knowledge of contract types (JCT, NEC, etc).
• Main Contractor experience in tendering and pre-construction.

• Review and analyze tender documentation to ensure compliance.
