Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Planner or Planning Manager.
• Experience addressing the public and council officers.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning advice to land teams on residential and mixed-use schemes.
• Identify and secure strategic land for the Division.
• Manage the Strategic Land Portfolio for timely delivery.
• Negotiate with landowners and represent the company at meetings.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and manage budgets.
