Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with the London 4-star market and UK regions.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Understanding of property management systems like Opera and OnQ.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Create effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Liaise with brands to maximize revenue potential.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Create and manage sales forecasts.
• Monitor expenses and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.

Skills

Sales Experience

Understanding of 3* hotel market

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Applications

Experience with London 4* market & UK regions

Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus

Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively
