• Significant experience in a senior compliance advisory role in a leadership capacity, ideally within financial services.
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of FCA and PRA expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UK Insurance Compliance Business Partner team.
• Partner with senior leaders across the business to offer practical, professional compliance advice.
• Ensure compliance is embedded in decision-making processes.
