Our Insight Division specialises in acquiring and processing hyperspectral imagery to support environmental applications, with a strong focus on forestry, ecology, and environmental management. We own and operate several airborne sensor suites, including survey-grade aerial photography and hyperspectral sensors. By integrating and analysing this fine-resolution data alongside other imaging and non-imaging sources, we deliver innovative environmental solutions such as remote tree health assessment, invasive species detection, and habitat mapping.

Whilst this role will be based at our Head Office in Sywell, the Insight Team enjoy a hybrid working pattern, that enables our people to split their time between home and the office subject to operational need. The successful candidate should also expect to travel regularly to industry events both in the UK and internationally.
You are an experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record in B2B and B2G environments, ideally across multiple markets. You combine commercial acumen with strategic vision and thrive in complex, fast-moving sectors.
You’ll be self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative, with the resilience to succeed in a dynamic environment.
