Full-time, travelling role
Are you the person who naturally brings order to complexity? Do you take pride in knowing exactly where every part is, what condition it’s in, and whether it’s ready to race? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
As our Store & Trackside Spares Co-ordinator, you will control the entire spares operation for our Customer Racing Programmes — in the workshop and trackside. Your discipline in stock control, documentation, and organisation directly affects our ability to perform.
You will be the team’s trusted source of truth for parts, ensuring accuracy, traceability, compliance and readiness.
Managing the full parts inventory: location, condition, labelling, status and traceability.
Conducting cycle counts, reconciliations and maintaining accurate stock systems.
Preparing event spares kits, crates and load lists with absolute accuracy.
Tracking usage during events and updating systems in real time.
Liaising with purchasing, suppliers and engineers for orders, RMAs, shortages and supersessions.
Handling non-conformance, quarantine components and return-to-manufacturer processes.
Maintaining disciplined, audit-ready stores and trackside spares environments.
Supporting mechanics and engineers with parts identification and component history.
Experience in motorsport spares, warehousing, logistics or parts operations.
Strong organisational ability and obsessive attention to detail.
Confidence managing stock systems, documentation and version control.
Ability to work quickly, calmly and accurately under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork with mechanics, engineers and suppliers.
Someone who thrives on discipline, structure and operational excellence.
This is the backbone of race team organisation — absolutely essential to performance.
