ProCook is Hiring a Store Manager for a fix term maternity cover until October 2026 in our Epsom Store!

Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for kitchenware? ProCook, the UK's leading kitchenware brand, is excited to announce an opening for a Store Manager at our Epsom Store!

This is a fix term maternity cover until October 2026 working on a full-time basis, 40hrs/week, Monday to Sunday on a rota.

Your Role

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring that our store is a welcoming and inspiring place for customers and staff alike.

Your Key Responsibilities Include
  • Leading and managing daily store operations to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Creating a shopping experience that delights customers and encourages repeat business.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring inventory management procedures are followed.
  • Analysing sales data and adjusting strategies to maximize performance.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably in a similar sector.
