A leading optical retailer in Belfast seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee operations. In this role, you will empower your team to provide exceptional customer service while achieving business goals. Ideal candidates will have previous optical and people management experience, along with strong communication and organisational skills. The position offers up to £35,000 per annum, full-time hours including weekends, and benefits like private medical insurance, professional development opportunities, and generous leave policies.

As a Store Manager, you’ll set the standard. You’ll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decision for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. But while you support others, we’ll support you and your development too. We’ll be there to help you grow your people management skills and always make sure you can get the best out of yourself. It’s an important job, but we think you’re up for the challenge.

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. You will need to have previous Optical Experience, as well as previous people management experience, be a great communicator, have an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable, organised, and hard-working.
