A leading automotive parts supplier is seeking a Stock Controller for its Milton Keynes Head Office. This role involves managing day-to-day stock replenishment across branches, collaborating with suppliers and branch managers to resolve supply issues. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are essential. Previous experience in the automotive sector is preferred but not required as full training will be provided. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily relationship with all branches to avoid stock issues.
• Resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Manage due date stock control to avoid double ordering.
• Report daily to the Purchase Manager about branch levels and pricing.
• Review Purchase Order status at branches.
• Manage high volume of email orders in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Branch Managers and Suppliers.
• Check purchase order status.
• Run unapproved stock requirements.
• Manage orders to avoid increasing carriage charges.
