Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are looking to recruit a Stock Controller at their site in Snetterton, Snetterton Heath, England, United Kingdom.

The Stock Controller will provide general administrative support for stock control of the warehouse, ensuring effective and efficient service levels and accurate maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the full utilisation of the WMS systems by working closely with the Stock and Administration Manager and Warehouse Management team to improve work production and warehouse efficiency.
  • Evaluate stock control to assist and maximise warehouse space usage and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Maintain client and SKU details to ensure they are up to date and accurate.
  • Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner, providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with the warehouse and other internal teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day maintenance of stock control.
  • Coordinate regular inventory audits and keep accurate inventory records.
  • Raise non‑conformances when necessary and deal with any actions required to maintain high customer service levels.
  • Monitor shipments and address any delays in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee the storage of products to ensure no damage to customer product.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Stock management software – Super User in JDA/RedPrairie.
  • Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, or in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of supply‑chain procedures.
  • Super User in JDA/RedPrairie/WMS system.
  • Ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our Company values (Safe, Talented, Attentive, Reliable).
