We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our team in Kirkcaldy as a Senior Retail Sales Assistant on a 24–30-hour contract. Location: Rosslyn Street, Kirkcaldy

Hours: Contract available from 20 to 30 hours per week

Salary: £12.96

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily shop routines and ensure smooth trading from open to close.
  • Run shifts with confidence, delegating tasks fairly and clearly.
  • Support your Shop or Assistant Manager during shifts.
  • Tackle small issues independently and upscale larger ones when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Serve customers alongside your team, setting the standard for excellent service.
  • Ensure the shop is well‑presented, stocked, and inviting throughout the day.
  • Complete daily checks and paperwork to keep everything compliant and safe.
  • Manage opening and closing duties, tills, cash handling, stock control, and waste management.
