A leading technology firm in Cambridge is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate AI infrastructure platforms. The PE AI & Engineering Excellence team is redefining how engineering platforms power productivity at Arm. We partner with engineering teams across Arm to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure that enables engineers to move faster with confidence. Guided by our vision—engineering redefined through smarter workflows, faster execution, and greater reliability—we build the CI/CD and cloud platforms that underpin how software and hardware are developed at Arm.
As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you’ll be hands-on in designing, building, and operating Arm’s AI infrastructure platforms. This role focuses on platform ownership, automation, enabling thousands of engineers to build, test, and release software efficiently across diverse environments.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers, architects, while supplying deep technical leadership to ensure our platforms are secure, resilient, and built for scale.
