This is a unique opportunity to join our well-established global clinical science and consulting team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) services. As part of a multidisciplinary group of scientists, clinicians, and data analysts, you’ll provide scientific leadership and expert analysis that bridges clinical science and technology—supporting sales, marketing, and client services to deliver impactful solutions for clinical trials.**What We Offer*** Competitive Compensation and Incentives* Attractive Benefits (Pension, Private Health Coverage, Life Assurance & Salary Sacrifice Schemes)* Flexible Time Off Policy* Engaging Employee Programs* Technology for Remote/Hybrid Working**What You’ll Be Doing**• Lead scientific strategy and support for Clario’s eCOA services across pre-sales, delivery, and marketing functions • Review clinical trial protocols and respond rapidly to meet client timelines • Design data collection strategies based on best practices, literature, compliance, and patient/site preferences • Assess project complexity and provide scientific input for capability and bid defence presentations • Attend pre-sales meetings and present scientific content to prospective clients • Support project handoff from sales to client services and contribute to staff training • Participate in post-sales customer meetings and product development decisions • Present at professional forums, lead publication efforts, and design marketing research projects • Maintain expertise in regulatory guidance, scientific literature, and internal research • Facilitate discussions with external scientists and stakeholders to support client deliverables • Lead internal and external research initiatives including webinars, white papers, and consulting services**What We Look For**• PhD in a relevant field, preferably with clinical trial experience (Master’s degree considered for exceptional candidates) • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical trial technology or related industry • Proven expertise in clinical trial conduct and drug development lifecycle • Strong proficiency in scientific consulting, clinical data surveillance, and training delivery • Demonstrated ability to communicate across disciplines and present in sales environments • Comfortable learning new roles, adaptable, and a fast learner • Effective team leader and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills • Based in or able to work from the United Kingdom (hybrid)At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
