A prominent automotive service provider in Giffnock is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to work on accident-damaged and sales vehicles. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional workshop, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities

  • Preparing vehicles for paintwork.
  • Masking vehicles in preparation for paintwork.
  • Carrying out minor damage repairs.
  • Polishing to remove defects from vehicle paintwork.
  • Mixing paint to apply to vehicles.
  • Applying paint products correctly and to a high standard.

Skills

Previous experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter in a professional workshop

Job description
We offer our Spray Painters
  • Up to £46,000 OTE plus benefits
  • Additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses – terms and conditions apply
  • Giffnock, Used Cars
  • 44 hours per week
  • Starting from 33 days’ annual leave, increasing with service
  • Salary review twice per year

Hours

Full time: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.30pm and Friday 8am – 4.30pm

About the role

Working within a busy workshop environment, you’ll work on accident‑damaged and sales vehicles to restore them to their former glory.

You’ll need to have previous experience, be energetic, efficient and happy to work on your own initiative to get every job done to the highest standard.
