This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sports Specialist located in Leicester. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging sports coaching sessions, fostering the physical and mental growth of children, and actively motivating participants to improve their skills. Additional duties may involve collaborating with schools to support physical education curricula, organising football and other sports activities, and assisting with promoting services to schools and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sports Coaching and Coaching expertise
• Proficiency in Football and a passion for physical activity
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and school staff
• Desirable experience or interest in Sales to aid in promoting programs and opportunities
• First aid certification is advantageous
• A relevant qualification in sports, education, or physical activity is preferred
• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to create a positive environment
