Sports Therapist / Sports Massage Therapist – Position Available February 2026
We are seeking a skilled Sports Therapist / Sports Massage Therapist to join our friendly multidisciplinary team at Meadowside Osteopathy in Farnham, starting February 2026.
The role involves working within our new sports therapy clinic, opening in Farnham in the new year, and is ideal for a motivated practitioner who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow a successful practice.
3-5 days per week available, including Saturdays.
We are seeking:
- A therapist holding a Level 3 or above qualification in Sports Massage Therapy or Sports Therapy, with full professional registration and insurance.
- Demonstrating an exceptional standard of clinical care, grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine commitment to patient wellbeing.
- Is confident working within a gym or rehabilitation setting, with knowledge of exercise prescription and the safe use of equipment to support recovery and performance.
- Thrives within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, contributing positively to a culture of excellence, respect, and shared purpose.
- Is ambitious, motivated, and proactive, able to manage a growing patient base with professionalism and confidence.
- Communicates with clarity, warmth, and empathy, building strong, lasting connections with both patients and colleagues.
- Values ongoing professional development, consistently seeking opportunities to learn and refine their skills, and broaden their clinical expertise.

Role Responsibilities:
- Treat, help and educate patients to better long‑term health
- Develop ongoing supportive and empowering relationships with patients and the team
- Collaborate with and learn from fellow practitioners, to develop skills and build knowledge
- Attend regular team meetings and help support practice development and marketing
- Collaborate with fellow practitioners to achieve best outcomes for patients, and to continue to learn as a practitioner
- Continue to build our local reputation and referral network in our community
