The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.****Specialist Success Associate** to join our Customer Excellence team in Dumfries.**What You’ll Be Doing:**As a Specialist Success Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing support via email, phone, and live chat.
