Qualifications

Job description

Location : Located just 15 miles from Oxford, Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell.

Consisting of a quintessentially country English Inn and a modern riverside hotel, the Old Swan & Minster Mill offers a relaxed, fun yet professional environment. Free parking is available on site and we offer discounted staff taxis for those who don’t drive.

We pay a monthly service charge to the team – the entire pot is shared 100% among all team members. The service charge can be around £150 a month (close to £2,000 per year) over and above base pay for a full‑time employee.

As a spa therapist you will play a big part in ensuring our guests have a relaxing break from reality and leave us feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Key points about the role
  • Perform facials, massages, body treatments, manicures & pedicures.
  • Help guests choose the best spa products for them, to make them feel fabulous.
  • Along with the rest of your team, keep all pool and spa area clean and shining.
  • Therapists need to be qualified to NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
  • We’re all one team, so there may be times you pop onto the spa reception to help out.
