Join Fletchers as a Solicitor/CILEX or Equivalent (Onboarding) and help shape the future of personal injury law. Are you an experienced legal professional passionate about assessing personal injury cases and guiding teams toward successful outcomes? At Fletchers, we’re seeking a skilled Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our PI Onboarding team. In this pivotal role, you’ll assess PI leads to determine prospects, ensure cases are appropriately allocated, and provide expert legal and technical guidance to help our onboarding team achieve excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Review EL/PL/RTA/Product Liability/Care Home leads to assess prospects and identify viable cases.
  • Audit RA1 rejects and ensure swift signing of clients advised of rejection to prevent client loss.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of cases between Fast Track (FT) and Serious Injury (SIL) teams based on value and type.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to the PI Onboarding (OB) team and wider Fletchers legal teams.
  • Liaise with PI legal teams to review and improve the quality of decision-making within the onboarding process.
  • Offer legal and technical advice on complex EL/PL/OL cases and general legal queries.
  • Monitor and review onboarding team performance, ensuring acceptance and signed percentage targets are met.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in handling Personal Injury (PI) claims.
  • Strong understanding of EL/PL/OL and Care Home claims, particularly regarding breach, causation, and case prospects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make clear, decisive assessments and justify your recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and case management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • A methodical approach and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Experience using Proclaim or similar software tools such as Adobe and Microsoft Office.
