In This Role, You Will
  • Architect and implement robust integrations for large language models into the North platform, ensuring seamless scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with modelling teams to refine LLM performance, reduce latency, and improve accuracy through iterative testing and tuning.
  • Develop and maintain tools for analysing and monitoring model performance, enabling data‑driven improvements.
  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of features — from initial design and planning, through implementation, testing, and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely across teams, maintaining high standards for communication, documentation, and testing.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
  • Have built, shipped & maintain production systems around LLMs, including integration, prompt management, and performance analysis.
  • Experience owning complex features from design to deployment, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
  • Ability to work closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Have strong coding abilities and are comfortable working across the stack.
  • Take a customer‑focused, product‑minded approach to building software, prioritising outcomes and impact.
  • Thrive in fast‑paced environments and can stay focused as priorities and objectives evolve.
