We are recruiting an experienced Community Care Social Worker to join a forward-thinking Early Help & Assessment Service in South Wales. You will manage a varied caseload, complete high-quality assessments and planning, and work closely with families to improve outcomes and ensure safeguarding.

  • Working closely with partner agencies
  • Responding to safeguarding concerns
What we’re looking for:
  • Social Work qualification & registration with Social Care Wales
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation
  • Experience working with complex family situations
  • Excellent communication and assessment skills
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
