Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in frontline statutory social work, especially within child assessment and safeguarding.
  • Solid understanding of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
  • Experience using case management systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to referrals with prompt home visits and direct family engagement.
  • Undertake Child and Family Assessments to determine needs and risks.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with relevant regulations.

Education
