Conduct Care Act Assessments and Social Care Reviews to support the wellbeing of adults in the service.
Manage court and legal work, providing expert advice and guidance.
Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions.
Engage in safeguarding duties, completing urgent assessments promptly and effectively.
Support the AMHP service, contributing to Mental Health Act assessments as required.
Collaborate closely with colleagues, utilising guidance from senior staff for complex cases.
