Enfield Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adults Social Worker to join our Mental Health Team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is based in the vibrant heart of Enfield Town, within our newly refurbished, open-plan office designed to support our smart working policy.

  • Respond to safeguarding concerns and conduct safeguarding investigations in line with local protocols.
  • Make referrals to appropriate agencies when abuse or neglect is suspected.
  • Participate in safeguarding meetings and contribute to the development of protection plans.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Social Work Qualification.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and commitment to continual professional development.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
