What You Will Do

Complete statutory assessments under the Children Act 1989/2004 (including S17, S47, and risk assessments).

Create, implement, and review child-focused plans to promote safety and improved outcomes.

Manage a caseload involving child protection, pre-proceedings, and court work.

Deliver direct work to children and families using trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.

Respond swiftly to safeguarding concerns and contribute to multi-agency meetings.

Work closely with education, health, police, and other partners to support families effectively.

Maintain accurate case records and prepare high-quality reports for courts and conferences.

Engage in reflective supervision, team meetings, and service improvement activities.
