This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual to play a central role in delivering best-in-class social strategy across our multi-category department store. Reporting into the Social Strategy Lead, you’ll take ownership of delivering insight-led reporting and support on spotting new strategic opportunities across our key channels - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube. You’ll primarily focus on reporting on Organic Social performance, whilst working closely with the Influencer & Paid Social teams, to deliver integrated reporting and drive improved performance.
