We’re a fast-growing digital marketing and SaaS business supporting small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with cutting-edge tools, automation, and marketing strategies. We help clients scale smart, and we’re doing the same.

The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to take ownership of our brand’s social channels, grow our community, and generate demand. You’ll manage our content calendar, execute campaigns, engage with our audience, and track performance.

You’ll work closely with our in-house team and creative freelancers to turn ideas into eye-catching content.

What You’ll Do

• ✓ Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
• ✓ Create and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns and launches
• ✓ Write and schedule posts using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
• ✓ Monitor trends and respond in real-time to boost visibility and relevance
• ✓ Collaborate with the design team and copywriters to create high-performing content
• ✓ Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, outreach)
• ✓ Track and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads)
• ✓ Support organic and paid growth campaigns alongside our ad managers

What You’ll Bring

• ✓ 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience
• ✓ Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices
• ✓ Solid copywriting and storytelling skills
• ✓ Experience working with designers, editors, and/or video creators
• ✓ Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
• ✓ Self-starter mindset with a blend of creative and data-driven thinking

• ✓ Experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• ✓ Previous work with SaaS, tech, or startup brands
