Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Liverpool (on-site)
Reports to: Marketing Manager

Noughts and Kisses is a cutting-edge fashion brand with a passion for bringing catwalk inspired styles to the fashion savvy 25–35-year-old female. We’re a dynamic, fast-paced business with a growing presence in the e-commerce space, and we’re looking for a Senior Designer to drive our product direction and support our next level of growth.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and culturally tuned-in Social Media Executive to lead the charge on Instagram and TikTok-first content and help us grow our brand presence across short-form video. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, understands trends before they blow up, and can bring a brand to life through fast, reactive, and relatable content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging TikTok content from concept to execution including filming, editing, and posting
  • Monitor and react to trending sounds, memes, formats, and conversations relevant to our brand and audience
  • Be the face of the brand on TikTok where relevant (this is a nice to have an not necessarily a deal breaker)
  • Work with creators and influencers to source and repurpose UGC-style content
  • Manage the TikTok and Instagram content calendar, planning and scheduling with agility
  • Monitor performance and feed learnings into future content strategies
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure brand alignment across platforms
  • Help grow our community and engagement, responding to comments and building brand voice

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience running or contributing to a TikTok account – brand, agency or personal
  • Strong video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, or native TikTok tools
  • Obsessed with TikTok culture and creator trends
  • Confident on camera and/or experienced in directing others
  • Agile and able to work in a fast-paced, reactive content environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • A passion for trends and fashion and a feel for what performs socially
