A community care organization in Crowthorne is seeking a Social and Wellbeing Lead to develop and implement engaging programmes that enhance quality of life for neurodiverse individuals. Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible to include some evenings and weekends

We’re seeking a Social and Wellbeing Lead to shape and deliver a high-quality, person-centred social and wellbeing programme at Ravenswood Village. This role plays a vital part in enhancing quality of life for the people we support, using creative, engaging, and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, connection, and independence.
You will lead a small team, work closely with colleagues across services, and ensure activities reflect individual needs, interests, and cultural moments throughout the year. This is an active, hands‑on leadership role with clear impact.
