Job description
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Workshop Joiners to join the Somerville team at our new state-of-the-art facility.

The successful candidates will play a crucial role in crafting and assembling high-quality joinery products for various commercial and residential clients.

About the Role
  • Interpret and work from detailed manufacturing drawings / specifications to create bespoke joinery items.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using a variety of tools and state-of-the art machinery.
  • Assemble, fit, and finish joinery products to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work with other joiners on the team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Relevant joinery qualification.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality joinery work.
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of joinery tools and machinery.
  • Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and finishes.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing drawings and specifications.
