Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care within assisted living, nursing home, or care home settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care plans, supervising staff, and ensuring the well-being of residents, particularly those requiring specialised dementia or Alzheimer’s care. Duties
