We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Homecare company, specialising in senior and dementia care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a dedicated team of care professionals. Duties
  • Lead and manage the overall operation of the Home care, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
  • Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for residents, including specialised dementia and Alzheimer’s care programmes.
  • Supervise and support a team of care staff, including supervising experience and leadership responsibilities.
  • Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with legal and organisational guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including CQC standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, independence, and well‑being for residents.
  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate effective care delivery.
  • Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and resource allocation efficiently to optimise service quality.
  • Lead staff training initiatives to ensure continuous professional development within the team.
  • Monitor service quality through audits, resident feedback, and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
