Overview

Do you want to earn a minimum of £13.65 per hour? We’re looking for a Packing Skilled Operative to join our team at our site in Brackley. No experience necessary, full training is provided.

Working hours: 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:45 - 18:00 (4 out of 5 days).

About the role

As a Packing Skilled Operative, you’ll be working in a fast-paced FMCG factory environment which can be noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

• Escalate any issues to Technical Operatives or the Process Leader
• Work proactively to ensure production lines run effectively
• Carry out hourly production and quality control checks
• Record production data both electronically and on paper
• Ensure that the product is packed correctly and to high standard expectations
• Report information back to section managers
• Clean equipment and modules on a rotation schedule
