A healthcare organization in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Midwife to join their site safety team. The role involves providing both clinical and operational leadership, supporting staff across various shifts. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality services, maintaining a visible support presence, and participating in improvement projects. We are looking to appoint a Senior Midwife with relevant operational understanding to join our site safety team adding to our exciting structure providing quality and safety for operational working across our service at The Rosie Hospital. You will provide clinical and operational nursing and midwifery leadership, with support and direction of the senior team, across the Trust during the week, night shifts, weekends & Bank Holidays.
