We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Trainee Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join our Cambuslang team and become the welcoming face and voice of our repair centre.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone
  • Booking repairs, managing vehicle handovers, and providing updates throughout the process
  • Supporting the team with queries from customers, insurers, and suppliers
  • Keeping accurate records and maintaining high attention to detail
  • Learning the systems, processes, and customer service standards that make Steer Automotive exceptional
