Customer Service Advisor – Boston

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre in Boston. In this key role, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and exceptional experience from first contact to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
  • Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and progress updates
  • Liaise effectively with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to keep communication clear and consistent
  • Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records with exceptional attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive experience is beneficial but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Strong IT skills and confidence in learning new systems
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
