A prominent educational institution in Buckingham is looking for a dedicated Site Manager to maintain and manage school premises effectively. The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure high standards of health and safety and provide excellent customer service within a supportive environment. This role requires problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work unsociable hours. A NEBOSH qualification and First Aid certification are desirable, with hands-on involvement in tasks expected.
Salary Details: Bucks Pay Range 6 (£36,495 - £39,876 FTE)

The Buckingham School is seeking to appoint a dynamic, problem solving, suitably qualified and experienced individual as a Site Manager to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate a willingness to find workable, practical and financially viable solutions. Working in this environment requires ‘thinking on your feet’, good organisational skills, clear and strong communication approaches, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, a good and appropriate sense of humour and the ability to work flexibly, including working unsociable hours.
The suitable candidate will lead a team and enthuse others around them to complete tasks and deliver excellent customer service. They will be someone who understands the crucial role that premises plays in a young person’s experience of education, as well as that of staff and external users. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong track record of professionalism and experience in this field.
