A growing grounds maintenance company in Sevenoaks is looking for a Site Manager to ensure project delivery to the highest standards in safety, quality, and profitability. The successful candidate will manage site operations, oversee contract administration, and foster team collaboration. Ideal candidates will possess strong people management skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to safety. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
To assist your contract manager to manage either a stand‑alone contract and/or contract area as part of a wider framework agreement. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for driving programme delivery. You will ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service, compliance and profitability.
