• Proven experience as an Asbestos Contract Manager or Demolition Project Manager.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos removal and demolition works in compliance with legislation.
• Compile costings and programme for all site works.
• Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Manage site works in liaison with clients.
