Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• IT literacy including QC/SPC, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of relevant Health, Safety & Environmental regulations.
• Understanding of 'right first time' principles.
• Full UK working rights; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewing and processing plant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Deliver production plans, sampling schedules, and key performance targets.
• Focus on problem-solving, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Drive health, safety, and environmental improvements.
• Build strong relationships through effective communication.
• Perform Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication tasks.
• Support maintenance teams with routine and breakdown activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Experience of working in a fast-moving production environment
