This is a hands‑on role, responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment to keep operations running efficiently and safely.

What you’ll do:
  • Carry out reactive mechanical maintenance to minimise downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Support improvement projects and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CMMS and update documentation as required.
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
  • Apprenticeship to NVQ Lv3 or above in Mechanical Engineering or HNC/HND In Mechanical Engineering.
  • Previous experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, shift‑based team environment commitment to health & safety.
