The Role

Job Title - Shift Leader

Pay - £13.26-£14.26 per hour

Location – Bramley, Leeds

You’ll be right at the heart of it – leading shifts, keeping things flowing, solving problems on the fly, ensuring customers have a great experience and contributing to profitable performances. Sound like a bit of you? Let’s make it happen.

With this being a restaurant-based role, you’ll be getting stuck in with everything – from breakfast shifts to late nights (and overnights if your restaurant runs 24 hours). You’ll work a mix of shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays, so you’ll get full experience of how the whole operation runs – and become a real pro at it.

Two Stage Interview Process

• Stage 1 – Interview with Tom (Learning and Development Manager) followed by a tour of the kitchen.
• Stage 2 – 1 hour shoulder-to-shoulder session with a current shift manager where you will see what it takes to be a shift manager, manage others, carry out operational checks. This will be followed by meeting with Saj (the restaurant owner) where you can discuss the role in more detail.
